CMS released the broker/agent certification courses today. Any agent/broker that will be assisting customers through the Individual Federal Marketplace or the SHOP Marketplace (Small Business) must complete this training in order to assist their customers in accessing plan information and qualifying for coverage.
If you will work with a broker/agent in October or later you should ensure he has completed his certification process. Here is mine!
